Plans & billing
Optical Form charges a flat price and 0% commission on your sales. Billing runs through Shopify App Pricing, so you choose and change your plan on Shopify’s own checkout page and the charge appears on your Shopify invoice.

Free trial
Section titled “Free trial”The 14 days belong to the subscription, not to the install: the clock starts the day you pick a plan in Shopify. You’re not burning trial days while you think about it.
The 14 days are not charged upfront. Cancel before they end and you won’t be billed.
Picking a plan is the first step
Section titled “Picking a plan is the first step”It’s the number one cause of “I installed it and it does nothing”: until there’s an active subscription, the Optical Form dashboard shows a notice that your subscription isn’t active, with a View plans button. If it stays inactive, your forms are eventually switched off on your storefront and can no longer be edited.
To pick one: inside the app, open Plans & Billing and click View plans & pricing. That opens Shopify’s page where you approve the charge — it is the only route to payment.
Changing plan
Section titled “Changing plan”You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from within Shopify — no need to contact support.
No commission
Section titled “No commission”We take no percentage of your sales. The plan price is all you pay — you keep 100% of every sale.
