# GetOptical Docs — Optical Form (Shopify app)

Optical Form es una app pública del Shopify App Store, publicada por la marca GetOptical:

Qué hace: en la ficha de producto, el comprador elige tipo de gafas, lente y tratamientos,
introduce su graduación y añade accesorios; todo entra en el carrito de Shopify.

- Instalación: bloque de tema (app embed). Funciona en cualquier tema, sin desarrollador.
- Diez tipos de paso: single_select, multi_select, text_input, graduation,
  graduation_summary, file_upload, accessories, reading_rx, contact_lens, variant_select.
- Lentillas y subida de receta incluidas en el plan base, no en un nivel superior.
- Precio: un solo plan, Pro, 49 USD/mes o 490 USD/año, prueba gratis de 14 días,
  0% de comisión. Todos los cargos se facturan en USD.
- Idiomas: español e inglés, tanto en la app como en esta documentación.
- Privacidad: la receta no sale del navegador — viaja a las propiedades de línea del pedido
  de Shopify, no a servidores de GetOptical.

English summary: Optical Form is a public Shopify app by GetOptical. It adds a multi-step
lens configurator to the product page: the shopper picks frame type, lens and treatments,
enters their prescription and adds accessories, and it all goes into the Shopify cart.
It installs as a theme block (app embed) and works on any theme, no developer needed.
Ten step types are available (single_select, multi_select, text_input, graduation,
graduation_summary, file_upload, accessories, reading_rx, contact_lens, variant_select).
Contact lenses and prescription upload are included in the base plan. One plan, Pro:
$49/month or $490/year, 14-day free trial, 0% commission, all charges billed in USD.
Spanish and English. The prescription never leaves the browser: it travels to the Shopify
